- 303 animals received urgent & preventive medical care
- 257 animals received vaccinations
- 155 animals received medication
- 36 animals were spayed / neutered
- 10 animals received emergency medical transport and care
- 687 animals received food and/or pet supplies
- 209 animals received flea & tick preventative
- Developed new partnership with AMERS Animal Ambulance for complimentary emergency gency medical transportation
- Developed new partnership with The Pooch Coach for complimentary behavior assistance
- Expanded existing partnership with Pets Unlimited for complimentary provision of emergency medical services
- Expanded existing partnership with San Francisco SPCA for complimentary spay and neuter services and volunteer veterinarian support
- Expanded existing partnership with Pets Are Wonderful Support (PAWS) for greater access to companion animal certification assistance and PAWS services
- Continued existing partnership with Animal Care and Control for complimentary microchipping through the “Friends of Animal Care & Control” and complimentary vaccines
- Dr. Ilana Strubel, Project Coordinator, was selected as a recipient of the Jefferson Award, co-sponsored by San Francisco Chronicle, CBS5-TV and KCBS-AM, for making a difference in her community
- Selected as a recipient of the 2006 Doggone Fun Run sponsored by PAWS and the San Francisco SPCA
- Provided veterinary care and supplies at all 6 of San Francisco's Project Homeless Connect events, where pet owners accessed health and social services
- Partnered with Pets Unlimited to provide pet-sitting at San Francisco's Project Homeless Connect
- Formalized our Development and PR efforts and completed our first full year with the Advisory Committee
- Provided medical care to animals of homeless San Franciscans in Golden Gate Park during Notre Dame de Namur University’s Thanksgiving Day Picnic
- Joined the San Francisco Disaster Preparedness Coalition for Animals, spearheaded by San Francisco Animal Care & Control and the Office of Emergency Services
- Received first foundation grant from PetSmart Charities for expanded veterinary medical supplies
